Modding can include changing the dial, bezel, hands, crystal, case, and even the case. It’s a popular way for enthusiasts to express personal style, or replicate iconic designs.

Treat your mod like any quality mechanical watch—avoid strong magnetic fields, water exposure unless tested, and store it safely when not in use. Regular servicing every few years is recommended for long-term reliability.

Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on every watch!

Wherever you are, we’ll deliver your Custom Seiko Mod Watch safely and at no extra cost. Every order includes tracking, insurance and secure packaging for peace of mind.

Each order ships within 1-3 business days after being completed.

Each watch takes 2-3 weeks to complete, from designing, to manufacturing & finally being built by our specialised watch-maker.

In some cases, your watch may be completed & shipped earlier/later than these specified times.

Within 1-5 business days, a tracking label will be generated for you and sent to you via email, but will not update until the watch has been completed & shipped.

You will then be able to monitor the progress of your package.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure checkout methods available on our site.

Yes. Our store uses Shopify’s secure payment processing, which ensures all transactions are encrypted and safe.

At this time, we do not offer financing, but we may consider it in the future. Stay tuned or contact us for updates.

Returns

Simply reach out to us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide a return address if eligible.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent). We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe return delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items that show signs of wear or have been used. Returned items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging.
