Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Times

Our watches & other items require additional production time;

These timelines are clearly stated in the "Shipping Information" tab under each product on our website. Please review this section before placing your order to ensure you are aware of any additional lead times.

If we’re experiencing high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. We’ll notify you of any significant delays via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (AU): 1–5 business days

  • International: 5–21 business days depending on location and carrier

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for courier delays once the package leaves our facility.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you do not receive a tracking email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us at siciliawatches@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled and the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If this occurs, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the package:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Contact your local post office or carrier.

  3. File a missing mail claim with the carrier.

We will always do our best to assist, but we do not offer refunds or replacements for stolen or mishandled packages.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We are also not responsible for customs delays, duties, or import taxes — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

If your country is not listed at checkout, email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We cannot reroute packages once they’ve been shipped.

If a package is returned due to incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for paying the reshipment fees.
